250mb upload

Theoretically, if I had 250mbs upload speed would that be enough for one or even two other remote households be able to watch my 4k rips with lossless video and audio?

Then if they can’t do that. Is there a way to make my 4k remuxes only send out in 1080p or would I have to rip a 4k and a blu ray and just have separate files for them to go into?
