Form I-693 unsealed by USCIS

So USCIS had mistakenly unsealed my I-693 medical and sent it back to me. I contacted the lockbox about it and they recommended I resend it same way I received it. I followed their recommendations and mailed the unsealed medical package (Form I-693) back to USCIS, and according to my USPS tracking, the Form I-693 package was received by USCIS on March 10th. However, no updates have been made to my USCIS portal indicating receipt of the medical package. I have also not received any mails to that effect.

On the other hand, I got a status change on my USCIS portal indicating that a Request for Initial Evidence (RFE) has been sent to me on March 8th (at which point the USCIS hadn't received my resubmitted Form I-693). I received the RFE mail on March 18th and it was requesting for Form I-693. The request I received indicated that I will have within 87 days to submit my Form I-693.

• Is it an issue that the mailing address as indicated on the RFE (Lee's summit, MO) is different from the address I resubmitted my Form I-693 to (Carol Stream, IL)?

• Should I wait to get a confirmation of receipt of the Form I-693 I resubmitted based on the recommendation I received from the USCIS’s Lockbox Support Team? Or should I simply redo my medical and submit another Form I-693 since I have less than 87 days to get this done?
