Possible HIV?

I know that I’d have to get tested to know for sure but I’m just having a lot of anxiety I had unprotected sex with someone I’ve known for a while and about 3 days later I developed pink eye, a horrible sore throat,fatigue, thick congestion and ear pain and now a phlegm cough. I’m wondering does this sound like possible hiv ? I’m a female and the person I had intercourse with was male and I’ve hooked up with him on and off for a while and never gotten anything idk I always get super anxious after having any unprotected sex but especially now that I’m having sickness right after. It has been now 6 days and my sore throat isn’t gone all the way it’s better but still there. My son was also sick with pink eye and a cough so maybe I just got this from him I’m not sure his exact symptoms since he’s only 5 months
