Shower Remodel

Hey y’all, I’ve just gotten my shower gutted and brand new shower faucets installed due to old ones leaking. We plan on installing tile on the wall. I installed waterproof backer board on the wall, does this mean I could take a quick shower before I start on the tile tomorrow?
