Hyatt Orlando & food allergies

Does anyone have any experience with the Hyatt Orlando restaurants and their policy on food allergies? I can see from their online menus there is no allergen info present and it advises to speak to your server when ordering. Does anyone know if they have an allergy menu available for any of the food options in the hotel?
