Anyone cooking a build for the new transfigured pconc?

I wanted to try and league start with it, I only played regular pconc once back in the early days, and I remember it being super smooth during the campaign but falling off pretty quickly afterwards, feeling pretty miserable on bosses.

The new transfigured gem seemed to have potential to solve exactly that, however after the 20/20 reveal and the adjustments to it's stat I'm not completely sure if it's viable or not, between the very steep price of 8 charges per throw and the unknown behavior of overlaps.

Is it just dead or is anyone going to league start it?
