Ranked master badge unlocked by himself

Yesterday i was playing on mixtape and i suddenly notice that the master ranked badge for the season 13 was unlocked by himself. I played for like 2 weeks at the season 13 and i was not even close to be gold. Is that a known bug or should i be worried ?
