job searching

Hello, I will be graduating this coming May and i'm debating where I should apply/ what hospitals are best to start as a new grad. There's no particular unit I would like, although I do have interest in PICU. Im currently located in the DMV area but open to outer parts. any tips, information, would help THANKS <3
