How much should I expect to pay for treatment

Due to a really bad incident, my BPD, anxiety, and depression have gotten ten times worse. I was diagnosed a year back and remember the psychiatrist visits being quite expensive even with insurance. The visits barely lasted a few minutes, and would occur every 3-4 weeks. I tried this for about 3-4 months & gave up when I felt no change. But I feel like I need to get on meds again.

So since I don’t have much experience, I was wondering what some of you guys pay per session. Just a ballpark figure’s fine, since I know it varies for each insurance plan. I’m in grad school so I need to see if I can afford it. Also, do I need to see the psychiatrist every time I need a refill?
