Trip.com cancellation

Hey I booked a round trip flight on trip.com with one way being spirit and the other frontier. I received my ticket from frontier an hour after I booked it today but didn’t get the one from spirit yet. Can I use the 24 hour cancellation policy to get a free refund on both tickets?? Pls answer asap as I need to know while within y he 24 hours.
