I have a 13900k trying to debate to switch CPUS Help pls

so I have a i9 13900k and it runs quiet hot i use a 360 Lian li Cooler Infinity fans aswell as TL model its liquaid cooled suprim 4090

But my main question is at this time should I be tempted to chnage to AM5 like a 7800x3D and yes I know id have to switch MB too its just this makes it very hot and draws so much power all the time OC is not very easy Asus boaards arnt easy in the bios

Let me know your thoughts please Ik It varys but tbh i dont need all the I9 power i feel i messed up bad buying it lol but would it possibly be worth getting the 7800x3d I mostly game only have streamed/record a little so idk how much that affect it while gaming

I just dont know when the next AM5 chip will come out and at the price point of the 7800x3D it sounds temping so lmk your thoughts please
