PC Upgrade?

I am looking to upgrade my pc but I don't know what I should upgrade/ upgrade first, and I really don't want to flat out buy a new one.

- Ryzen 5 3600
- GTX 1660 Ti
- 8GB RAM
- PRIME A320M-E

I know RAM is a must, but I'd also appreciate knowing how much it would improve performance to go up to 32GB per say.
