Should I drop AFF210?

Today is the last day to drop courses. I plan to switch my program to BM because I'm really struggling in SAF.

The Evaluation: Mind Tap Labs 15% Problem Sets 15% (7.5% each) Term Test 30% Final Exam 40%

I got 16 on the term test, 6.98 on one of the problem set, probably gonna get 14 something on the labs. Since I’m gonna change program, I probably wouldn’t need to get 67% on this course like required in SAF. I plan to at least pass this class even with low 50s to get it over with. But I’m scared that I might not pass this class and deal with an F or I get low 50s and that can lower my gpa. BM probably won’t accept low gpa.

Also, since the midterm, I haven’t been focusing on this class and I’ve been putting all of my attention on QMS230 since it's a heavy course. For anyone who took AFF210 before, how hard was the exam?

A little more info: I got 3.07 gpa in the first semester. I dropped AFA100 already. I’m taking QMS230, BUS221, AFF210, and an elective rn.

What should I do?
