CPU Upgrade

A while ago I got a really good offer for a RTX 3070. So my specs right now are: RTX 3070, 16 Gb Ram and a Ryzen 5 2600x. And now I dont really know what to get for a CPU upgrade as im still not satisfied with my performance in games so I thought I go for a CPU upgrade as its in any game or task allways at 100% while my GPU is at around 70 % max. To sum up im looking for a new CPU that will cost me 200$ max (new, no used hardware) but im unsure wich CPU has the best gaming performance for its price

Thanks for the help in advance
