Alt+Tab bug

Hello just wanted to make a quick discussion to see if anybody else was having issues with their UI sometimes being unselectable.

Usually the option happens when I first start the game and doesn't go away until I restart my computer as it weirdly persists or consistently happens on game boot if I just restart the game.

I imagine the bug may have something to do with the Steam Overlay or me alt tabbing away from the game, but I'm not too sure.

Has anybody else experienced this and if so have you found any consistent way to replicate it?
