Mirko, Obsessive Theorist as DC

I’m a new mtg player, I played several multiplayer decks and now I’m looking for a dualcommander deck.

I bought new pre-requisite Mirko, Obsessive Theorist at murder at karlov manor and I am looking for a dimir/ reanimator game for dualcommander.

I’m not really aware of the meta, but is mirko possible at tier 2/3 or not? Or do I have to change commanders?

I made this list, I’m looking for control + reanimator. I think volton shouldn’t be a bad idea, but slow in dimir and dualcommander format
