So Tired of the Reputation System

It's flawed. Why would you allow the other team to report you for griefing? Literally every other match I get either the respected notification or disruptive. Im not sure how it is in America. But In Asia, specifically in Japan. People hand out Griefing reports likes it's candy. You can literally Do everything right but still get reported because you exist. Please get rid of this stupid reputation system.
