People need to stop ridiculing the idea of a PR

As Saudi Arabia continues to modernize and open to tourism with all these new projects, the UAE will almost surely have to introduce a PR to keep people in. I don’t know how the system will be like, or what the criteria will be, but the fact a PR is coming is almost certain.
