Opinions On A Specific Group In Mahouka (Spoilers for Main series, Magian, and Cygnus)

The Senate is full of mad shit. You cannot convince me that they have any sort of purpose but playing at being gods in Japan. They out here talking about 'For the sake of Japan, and national defense..." and all of that nice sounding bull shit, and then they do as they please. The Main Series really built Aoba like he was on the Yotsuba's side and all, but no, clearly not. In Magian (the latest volume), Maya and Tatsuya are both clearly trying to cut ties with the overbearing senate, and effectively destroy them, respectively (I really hope they succeed). I started Cygnus not that long ago, and tbh, the beginning of volume 4 has me thinking too many intrusive thoughts. I swear to god, Hayama was confirmed to be on Maya and Tatsuya's side, and so I hope he remains that way.

Future predictions for the beginning of their end:

• I believe the elder that was protecting the Witch in the Izayoi house & supporting Fair will most likely support Dean thanks to his new Dionysus upgrade, causing an uproar hopefully somewhere near Japan. Maybe then, the credibility of that old coweredd and his group would fall, and Tatsuya would have probable cause to make an example out of him.

• I would much rather the Yotsuba gain a solid independence, that leaves no room for control in the future, or that they just massacre this group of people.
