Pc fps drops

Hello,

i would like to ask for some help. My PC is fairly new (3 months old) and its been fine at the start, but now i have been getting these insane fps drops to 1-5 fps 4-7 times a day for short periods of time and its starting to get really annoying. It happens in games like (black desert online, lost ark, genshin) or even discord. Any idea what this could be caused by? These are my specs:

GPU - Asus Radeon RX 7900 XTX Gaming Radeon OC Edition, 24 GB, GDDR6

CPU - AMD AMD Ryzen™ 7 7800X3D 100-100000910WOF, 4.2GHz, AM5, 8MB

NVME - Adata XPG Gammix S70 Blade, M.2, 1 TB

RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws S5 Black, DDR5, 32 GB, 6000 MHz

MOTHERBOARD - MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

PSU - MSI MPG A1000G PCIE5 1000 W, 13.5 cm

oh and i didnt overclock my cpu or anything liek that.
