Fear to stay
I fear dying here. Stagnant stuck, like Water in the wastelands. // Thick heavy air A Smokeless smog that’s Caught in concrete cages. // In thankless work, With people chanting Murder, money, calamity! // Driving with no sound, to Find solace in the silence Of Empty endless eternity. // Awoken in the night, for Stress seizing into seizures, a Body bouncing on the bed. // Questions, doubt, Jumbled, mumbled, voices screaming; Killing quiet of my head. // How long until, My Mind melts, an empty shelf of shells and skeletons? // Away from here Elysium awaits; Dreamt even through dread. // The first step but A leaden limp, which Anchors to agony. // Toward lands unknown Courage is consumed, in Weary worsened worry. // So I stay Fearing fate and A deathless death
