M3, M3 pro chip or M3 pro max chip which one for video edits

Hi guys! This is my first post here, so please be gentle, as I'm just diving into the waters of Reddit.

I've been doing professional video editing in Final Cut Pro for over four years. So far, I've been doing alright on my MacBook Air M1—yes, it was possible, as I was using fast SSDs for storing and running the libraries and all assets! Now, when I'm receiving more projects that demand complicated masking, I see the urgent need for an upgrade to speed up my process.

I'm not too techy with the computers, but I'm eager to learn. I'm not sure how the differences in M3 chips would impact my work. I'm sure that MacBook Pro 14-in (M3) would be already enough but can someone more tech savvy explain me how M3 pro chip and M3 pro max chip would be different for video editing?
