Deciding on my new 250 gallon. Moberg or Primitive?
I currently have a 130 gallon and upgrading to a 250 on a trailer. I’ve been contemplating a ton of builders but think I’ve narrowed down to Moberg or Primitive Pits. I like them both as they do tank smokers justice, Primitive is very minimalistic and Moberg seems like a work of art for the styling and amazing paint jobs. From what I’ve read they both work like a dream but I can’t decide.
Has anyone cooked on pits from both of these fabricators? If so, what are the major differences in your mind?
If you have only cooked on one or the other, how did you/do you like the one that you do have or did cook on?
Looking for any/all experiences with these builders… Thanks!!
