Sound Blasterx G6 Playback Option Gone in Sound Blaster Command

Hello,

I have had this DAC/AMP for a little under a year now and for some reason the playback tab (among other things) is missing in Sound Blaster Command. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the only two options are "Recording" and "Mixer." I have tried resetting the device manually (as trying to do so in the application kept failing, have removed and reinstalled firmware and the application itself. I have never had this issue before so I don't really understand what the deal is.

I am still getting sound, and it seems fine for the most part. Oddly enough, I do not have a microphone input and yet the recording tab is the only one to be available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have contacted technical support but it's been quite some time and I have yet to receive a response--which is disappointing.
