Amazing speeds but poor performance. Why?

So I've got amazing up and down speeds but for some reason webpages hang, videos don't load. My IPTV is the worst it's ever been.

Im wondering if there is any router settings I need to change. So weird. Downloading stuff is the fastest speeds I've ever had.

Yet BBC Iplayer is buffering. Wtf?
