Skill drop

So I don’t know what happened or why, but ever since like yesterday or so I keep dropping my pen and my aim got so much worse, this never happened to me once and I play since November 2019, anyone know why this might be happening or rather how to fix it (especially the damn pen dropping oh lord give me strength)
