Grocery cart anxiety

Ok I obviously have bit of car anxiety but do you guys also have anxiety driving grocery carts in store especially if there is a lot of people? My older brother was mentally unstable and would always yell at me when i was a kid to get out of the way or you are doing this wrong etc which I think triggered my driving anxiety. I can't stand having cars close to me and I always want to get out of the way while I'm driving. I'm the same with grocery cart. I get anxious when I'm in store hauling cart around with people in store especially at Walmart because narrow a$$ isles. Anyone same way?
