Entity in family house, picture in text. Crosspost from /r/Occult

First, some basic info. There are two young females (my cousins) living in the house with their parents. The parents built the house, no one who has lived there has died. The land was undeveloped before the construction of the house, and the original land owner is still alive. This spirit has been sighted with full eye contact several times (doesn't appear out of the corner of the eye or disappear when stared at); one cousin reports seeing the spirit sit in the recliner, rocking it and, after an extend period of time washing her clothes in the nearby utility room, my cousin came back to the living room to see the spirit still there, smiling and rocking in the chair. On occasion, the entity will sit Indian style in my cousin's bedroom and rock herself.

Non-family members have reported seeing her. All reports have described her as an older female with a white and black face with a receding hairline.

This is a recent photo. This photo came from my cousin's smartphone to my to email, but it has been resaved several times (she sent it via email, I saved it on my phone and sent it to Drive, then loaded it to Imgur). We saw no marks/smudges on the lens. Of course, as far as you know I could be manipulating the photo, but frankly I'm not skilled enough to do that but judge the photo on its apparent merits.

I am on the fence as to whether or not this is human or whether something needs to be done about it, and I thought some of you might find it interesting.
