Questions about Entry Level - Where to start

Hi all, probably the same questions as everyone else asks - Looking to get Entry Level DIDO/FIFO positions and looking for opinions on what tickets to start with and where to look for jobs. QLD or VIC based.

I've been working on farms, stations, earthworks contracting myself out for a while now. Can drive any tractor, love loaders (specifically using CAT 966K) and diggers (36T). Been on graders, little IVECO water trucks.

I have a Manual P2 license, forklift ticket and a whitecard.

Im most interested in Loaders, Moxy/Dump trucks, Water trucks and Dozers. Where should i start? What sites should I be looking at for Tickets and Jobs? CivilTransTraining seems to have a good variety of tickets.

I see a lot of jobs require a "RII" ticket at least for loaders. However i've seen a few different types, am I overthinking that all these different types are for specific types of loaders, or does RII cover the most of it?

Id love to go for an operator traineeship but can't seem to find any within QLD. Theyre all in WA :(

I'm also female, i've been told that helps but would rather not use my gender to get me a job.
