How do I force myself to use build orders?

My problem is I find the game less fun when Im playing using a build order, I hate learning and practicing them and I hate using them. I always intend to then lose interest and just adjust them and try new ones instead of playing safe and standard. Im currently high gold/low plat on EU/NA servers and I know I would improve if I actually did them but I hate it. Does anyone have any simple builds that don't take long to learn + anyway to learn them that isn't boring and tedious so I don't loose interest too quickly.
