Could somebody explain 3-4 defense for me?

I was used to watching 4-3 defense for so long, and I kind of figured I should be able to pick up on the 3-4 after watching one season of us using it, but I'll be honest and say that it still confuses me. If somebody could help me understand it more, that would be very much appreciated!
