[Build Help] Last pc died. I want to build one that will run the latest Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere. Having trouble keeping it under 1k...
So I basically stuck to http://www.logicalincrements.com/'s guide for the $1,000 range pc.
It's sitting at almost $1,200 right now and I don't know what I should drop. I also REALLY don't know what brands I should be choosing and just went with ones that were rated high for their price range. I have no qualms with switching the i5 for AMD if that would be better. I also want to make sure everything is compatible with one another. I have no idea if everything will fit in this case as well.
Some things I can tell you that might help. I'll be using it mainly for editing photos in Lightroom and Photoshop. Down the road I will also be using Premiere for editing HD movies.
I don't need an operating system or monitor at this time. I have thermal paste already. Should I add a sound card? I don't plan on gaming much but might watch movies.
I live in Maryland, USA if that helps with part selection.
Any advice is welcome!
