I need advice on how to convince my girlfriend she's being scammed.

I'm in a very committed relationship of 6 years with a 3 year old daughter. My girlfriend recently got a job from American Income Life insurance (AIL), and they are a fucking scam. She does not understand this. They recruited her by saying they saw her resume online and promised her a sales position before they even interviewed her. Now she had to become an official insurance rep., which required her to get licensed. They didn't pay for it. She's worked 3 weeks for free. Commuting to and from work. They are already saying she could become a MANAGER. How the FUCK does that happen? What legit company hires someone without a license, makes them pay for it, makes them train for free, all before even saying how much they will make. Oh, but they said it would be "a lot." That she would be very successful. Bull... Shit.. I confronted her with this today and was yelled and slapped. I think she's literally brain washed. She has been working from 9am to 11pm with no pay. She never sees her daughter now and I don't know what to do. Our relationship is falling apart already. Question is, what do I do to make her see this logically? Make her take her old job back. I can't be supportive of blatant.. hate to say it.. stupidity. TL;DR My girlfriend is being scammed by working for AIL. How do I make her understand?
