[Build Help] Final overlook, and a couple questions.

So I have 4gigs of ram from an older build, but it is outrageously priced and hard to find now for some reason.

So the question is could I just buy 4 gigs of another brand at the same clock speed and use it effectively? I put 8 gigs in the build, but I'll reduce it if that will work. Also I have an Asetek LCLC liquid cooler, would that be sufficient to overclock the 3570k or should I look to upgrade to something newer? I'd prefer not to spend more money than what is in the build, but if I need a better cooler it is what it is. (I also already have a case)
