Haven't played since 2.5 and I'm asking myself if it's worth it to start all over again.

I was a really good PvP SM on an EU server, well I actually still have that char, lvl 55 SM. But the fact that Gameforge runs the game and that he has only lvl 30 PvP Gear...isn't really worth it to hold on to that character, is it? What are the differences between US and EU Pay 2 Win? How easy is it to get medals and AP for high level PvP Gear now a days with 3.x (what x is it? I really don't even know)?
