mtgox site can't wire out US$

I used Funding Options > Withdraw Funds > Add withdraw method to set up a wire transfer to Chase Bank here in Manhattan

Now when I use the drop down to select, the newly created option is greyed out and you can't select it.

Any one else have this issue?
Apart from not being able to get on the site 50% of the time its now impossible to wire out US dollars
