Udyr Update in the Near Future?

While testing out the Howling Abyss in the PBE, I came across what looks to be lines spoken directly to Udyr from Blue Shopkeeper. Right here are the three lines. Unlike several other remarks (to Brand, Nami, and yordles) which are just one line, Udyr has three lines reserved to him, equal grounds to both the champions from Freljord and Piltover. Could it be that Udyr is getting a lore update, possibly with his supposed Spirit Master skin?
