Advice on uli uli (hula implements)? Details in post.

Hi all! I live on the mainland and there aren't really a whole lot of options for purchasing new uli uli, or any hula implements here, that are new. I would absolutely consider a used set, but you rarely see them on eBay or Etsy so it's definitely hit and miss. I want to get a set of high quality uli uli with detachable heads. I know there are several places in Hawaii that offer them. I need a place that is willing to ship to the mainland, that can (possibly) do a custom order (colors). I'd love for them to be good people, not just a good quality product, but people who care about hula and care about the culture and are just all around nice. I've been thinking about Na Kani O Hula http://www.nakaniohula.com/ and the aloha hula supply http://www.alohahulasupply.com/hawaiian.htm Both of these places do send to the mainland and do accept custom orders. They're around $100 for a set (which isn't an issue with me), but I don't want to spend more than $150 if it's possible. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions? I've been dancing hula off and on for about 5 years now, and I've recently found myself a halau and Kumu Hula, I'm taking classes as well as private lessons. I'm studying the language, the culture and the mythologies as well. I'm planning on setting aside money every month to donate to the Hula Preservation Society as well. Hula is my life, it's very important to me.
