Has anyone here ever bought from meicistyles.com (Style Time)? My order has stalled...

I ordered a shoe from www.meicistyles.com three weeks ago and it still says my payment is processing. I've contacted them several times through their website's contact form and haven't heard back. I also contacted Paypal who said my payment went through fine.

At this point I have no way of knowing if they're even an honest business. Has anyone else had experience with this company?
