[Discussion] Does anybody else get a lump in their throat when they see all the "Gifted" and "Thanks" posts?

It just overwhelms me, the kindness and generosity that's floating around this place. It gives me back some lost hope in humanity.

You've heard the phrase, "It warms my heart", but that doesn't come close to describing what I feel here.

I don't really post a whole lot, mostly because I don't think I have a right to just barge in on tiny chats, etc... But I do lurk. Man, I am such a lurker...

Anyway. There have been days when things go "wrong" or just lousy, and I don't have to post a rant or anything. I just come in here and see all the kindness being exchanged and I think, "What was I even worried about?". In short, this place is good therapy for me. And I thank you all for it.

I'm not able to gift at the moment, not like I want to. But I do have some music and ebooks I could share (PM me). My funds are tight because of back surgery, and I'm having to move soon, so I can't gift as I would like to.

But I just wanted to say thank you to all the awesome people here. You may not realize it, but you all help me. In a way that I can't really explain, but thank you.

So for discussion's sake, does anybody else come here for a nice warm cup of "we love you", even if it's aimed at other people?
