Revenge on The Landlord

So, we have this landlord who isn't particularly fond of my roommates and I as tenants. One morning, we had troubles with our furnace, and needed to call her about getting it fixed. Well, she was furious with us because we had all our lights up in the basement where we held parties. She tells us that if she finds out we're having parties she is going to call the cops on us and get us evicted, and that now she was gonna come check every weekend. Additionally, she has regularly scheduled tours and then rescheduled them without giving us more than a few hours notice. "What if we had an orgy planned an hour earlier?" I asked my roommate. "You can't just cancel an orgy."

So, we begin to resent her. We loved having parties. And she was being a bitch. So we really dislike this woman. We discuss how our behavior will be when she starts having tours. We try to find the best way make sure she has difficulty renting the place out. Many ideas are proposed, some well thought out, some not so much. But it isn't until this morning, drunk on the porch, I realize the best idea. What if I watch softcore porn in the living room while this tour is occurring?

Brilliant. So my roommate greenlights my idea, and starts making breakfast. I put on some shitty softcore porn from the ondemand selection. I sit, beer in hand, awaiting their arrival. First comes in the landlord, then her husband. She asks something about if we were still having issues with mice. She sees the tv and proceeds to wait by the front door. The husband looks, and has his face instantly turn red while he enters the basement to do some maintenance. Shortly thereafter he returns to the car. When the tourees arrive, it's two girls who want to take pictures of everything. And do. Including some that contain our softcore porn in the background.

They look quickly at the kitchen and living room before continuing their discussions upstairs. Eventually, they all leave, and the landlord shoots me a look of disgust as she walks out the door. Now Softcore Porn Saturday mornings is a think in my house, and that's what our landlord should expect if she tries to show our house on a Saturday without 24 hour notice.
