Lease to Own question

Sorry if this is a reask, but I have a question about leasing. If the best deal I can get at the time is a lease for a car, and I plan the entire time to own it after the lease, do I need to worry about car damage or being over-mileage?

I.e. - my lease is four years 10,000 miles. I return it four years later with 50,000 miles but I intend to buy it.
