What are the best level 400 crafting disciplines for each class?

Planning to get 2 crafting disciplines level 400 per class on my characters but not sure how to choose them?

Does it make a difference at all if all the crafting disciplines are level 400 are distributed through the characters since the crafted items can be shared or sent to other chars?
