[TOMT] [Story] Kid's book set in the future where nobody touches each other

This was an extract in an old English book of mine. The extract was called "Contact" but the didn't give the name of the book. It was set in the future where nobody touched each other in fear of diseases. It was based around this kid who secretly went out to play football with other kids. The main scenes I remember are the kid on his computer organising the football with his girl friend whose name starts with a G I think? The girls annoying brother listens in and follows them and threatens to tell their parents but the kids convince him to play football with them and he has fun and wins the game. I read it about 4-5 years ago.
