Top Democrat Presidential winners and losers do awesome things - what have the Republicans done?

NO RESEARCH - off the top of your head, what do you know about the things the top dogs who won or lost office but was in serious contention? I'm curious about your common wisdom about these guys. I just never hear of past republican presidents doing much of anything with their days after POTUS.

Jimmy Carter - Habitat for Humanity, eradicating a terrible little worm that eats its way out of your body, installing millions of latrines for folks

Ronald Regan - ummm, lived on a Ranch

George HW Bush - ummm, no idea.

Michael Dukakis - still in politics in Massachusetts trying to help folks out.

Bob Dole - Boner Pill Ads

Clinton - Clinton Global Initiative, lots of other smart programs for poor folks around the world. Talk about great US advertising, this is what builds peace.

Al Gore - Climate Change!!! People still don't believe the science!!

George W. Bush - Gives private talks to big equity firms in the Cayman Islands

McCain - Still in government, sadly, slowly losing his mind in the crazy house of republicanisms. nothing makes sense and they have no idea what they do or don't want, or what they should or should not do but, freedom.

And Mittens Romney - lives in 5 big houses with a car elevators and dancing horses. Angry if you snap a photo of him pumping gas.

Now there are some "for the cameras" work like the earthquake in Haiti that retired presidents do because they have to - I'm looking for stuff they do to fill the day and how they use the tremendous power of that office even after they are no longer there.

EDIT: I am not trying to cast people in a bad light if they did not do anything or whatever they did do. Stop reading into it so deep or like a sports game or something. OP is a DEM and hates REPUBS. No, I just am honestly wanting to know what I AM NOT HEARING in my daily life. What goods things have these guys done that I don't hear about?
