"Acting" In Seduction

Approaching is extremely hard at first for almost everyone. Of course, confidence is something that has to be built up over time. The solution that worked well for me was telling myself it was an acting exercise--a social experiment, if you will. It goes along with the "fake it 'till you make it" ideal.

Maybe you're a little awkward. I know I was at first. But you're not. You're attractive. You're great with the ladies. That girl in the corner that just glanced at you wants you to go talk to her. They want YOU, they're pursuing YOU. You just have to play along with them. If you can really get yourself to believe this, you're that much further towards picking women up. Try changing your facial expression to one that exudes confidence.

Instead of slouching, looking down, and keeping a straight face, keep your eyes up and maintain a half-smile. This can be done without seeming creepy, as long as you have the confidence to back it up.

Lesson: If you think of seduction of more of an acting exercise, it gets easier to approach women and honestly believe that you're attractive and desired.
