Is my rat's food sufficient for their teeth health and length?

I give my rats Living World brand Extrusion Pellets. This food was recommended to me by the guy at the pet store who has owned rats for 17 years. I know rat's teeh never stop growing and I read on the Internet that the rat's food, if hard enough, would suffice in keeping their teeth healthy.

If I do need something else to give them to chew on, what should I give them? (I thought of giving them whole peanuts in the shell, unsalted)

Any advice is much appreciated! :) -Mojo and Einstein
