Trouble with other players harassing me and my partner.

I'm marrying another player, but for some reason there are two players who have started harassing us ever since we started questing together - they're overbearing, crazy and frankly, pretty scary for low-level scrubs.

She says they're her "parents", but I don't know what she's talking about - is there some kind of prestige class that gives you authority over another player? Is there any way we can get rid of them?
