Rowing videos

I'm a novice rower, and my crew had our first week on the water this past week. I trained all winter, so my strength/overall technique are okay, but I am having a hard time with the oar (feathering/squaring, how far to put it in the water). Does anyone have any videos that could help teach me these basics?
