Quick questions about parking

Hey r/ef, first time forester here coming all the way from NY. I've got a caravan of like 6 cars coming. The plan is to meet up and get on line together and I've got a few questions. -How hard is that to do, and how hard is it to actually get adjacent parking spaces once inside? -If we actually get in as above described, is it permissable to combine parking spaces and park cars in the shifted parking spots? Say l is a car and - is a spot. Instead of l-l-l-l, can we do ll--ll?
